PRIVACY POLICY

I. General Provisions

The following provisions constitute a privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as: “Privacy Policy”), which specifies information regarding the collection of data, including Users’ personal data, services provided by EUBIOCO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-797), at ul. Franciszka Klimczaka 1, KRS number: 0000704653, NIP: 9512450136, (hereinafter referred to as: EUBIOCO) and the method of their processing.

II. Definitions

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; Personal data – means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular
based on an identifier such as a name and surname, identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person; User- any natural person visiting and using the website: www.eubioco.eu,
Processing- means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, distributing or otherwise making available, matching or combining, limiting, deleting or destroying; Administrator – means a natural or legal person, public authority, entity or other entity that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data; if the purposes and means of such processing are specified in EU law or in the law of a Member State, an administrator may also be designated in EU law or in the law of a Member State or specific criteria for its designation may be specified; Recipient – means a natural or legal person, public authority, entity or other entity to whom personal data are disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party.

III. Personal data

EUBIOCO, acting as the Administrator, in accordance with the GDPR, makes every effort to ensure that
the website: www.eubioco.eu makes it easier for each User to obtain the necessary information about: the company’s activities, the portfolio of medicinal products, reporting adverse reactions and the possibility of establishing direct contact with the Administrator in order to obtain other information. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal provisions, and their storage takes place on secured servers. Personal data are processed to the extent and for the purpose
necessary for the proper implementation of Services provided electronically, based on consent expressed by voluntarily completing personal data in the contact form and the adverse action form. Below the form there is an information clause about the rights of the data subject. The completed personal data are not profiled.

IV. Types and purpose of data use

a. Cookies

EUBIOCO automatically collects data contained in cookies when using the website. Cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the User’s computer identifying it in a way necessary to perform a given operation, e.g. in the form of authentication, collecting statistical data or saving data in contact forms.

Cookies are harmless to neither the computer nor to its User and their data.

The condition for cookies to work is their acceptance by the browser and not deleting them from
the disk. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (browsers) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. However, in the browser settings, you can change cookie settings, in particular in such a way as to block their automatic service in the browser settings or inform them about each time they are placed on the user’s end device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the browser software settings. The service or its individual functionalities may not function properly without cookies. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

monitoring, analyzing and improving the operation and effectiveness of the EUBIOCO website;

creating statistics that help understand how Users use the EUBIOCO website, which allows for improving its structure and content; simplifying the User’s use of the EUBIOCO Website.

b. Messages

EUBIOCO reserves the right to send messages to people whose contact details it has and who have agreed to the processing of the data provided in the forms, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Messages mean information directly relating to its website and services (e.g. changes to the regulations) and commercial information (promotions, advertisements, other marketing materials, provided that consent is granted to conduct marketing activity). Entities commissioning commercial mailings do not have access to the contact details of people on EUBIOCO’s mailing lists.

V. User rights regarding personal data

EUBIOCO ensures that Users who provide personal data have the right to exercise their rights under the GDPR. Each user has the right to access the content of their personal data, the right to correct, transfer, delete or limit their processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to object to the processing without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of a breach by the Administrator of the provisions on the protection of personal data. The data provided will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 point a) of the GDPR. In order to exercise their rights, Users shall contact the Administrator, in the following manner:

EUBIOCO applies technical and organizational measures aimed at the best possible protection of the collected personal data against unauthorized access or improper use by unauthorized persons, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. The personal data provided will not be made available to other entities, except for authorized state authorities with a legal basis for access to personal data. The recipients of the Users’ personal data are: Science Pharma Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa, with its registered office at ul. Chełmska 30/34, 00-725 Warsaw or Rapofarm Kamil Rupieta, with its registered office at ul. Kazimierza Górskiego 3, 97-400 Bełchatów, which are entities cooperating with the Data Administrator in receiving, analyzing, archiving and processing reports of adverse effects. However, personal data made available to cooperating entities are subject to mandatory anonymization.

VI. Changes to the Privacy Policy

EUBIOCO reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Each User of the EUBIOCO service is bound by the current “Privacy Policy”. EUBIOCO will inform about changes to the Privacy Policy on the website or via e-mail.
