Project Title:

Integrated resource management at Laboratorium Galenowe Olsztyn Sp. z o.o., including material, financial, production, and human resources, supported by advanced digital technologies, including process automation. 

Funding received:

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021–2027, Action 1.12 “Digital SMEs”, call EFWM.01.12‑IP.02‑001/24, application number EFWM.01.12‑IP.02‑0015/24. 

Project description:

Implementation of an integrated ERP system covering key business areas and automation of 12 business processes: material master data management; ordering and quoting; goods receipt (GR); finished product costing; new product implementation; production planning; production registration and settlement; maintenance; product issuing and shipment preparation; prepayment registration; data exchange with accounting/controlling systems; document workflow. 

Project scope (tasks):

• Purchase of ERP system license
• Purchase and installation of necessary fixed assets (e.g. NAS server, SSD/NAS drives, server memory, licensed routers, Wi‑Fi 6 devices with controller, managed POE switches).    

Target group:

Employees and departments of Laboratorium Galenowe Olsztyn (system users), and indirectly customers and supply chain partners – through improved and digitized processes. (Scope of users and processes: see below “Results”). 

Project objectives:

• Digitalization and integrated resource management of the company,
• Automation of 12 critical operational processes,
• Improved cybersecurity and data quality (the project supports the cybersecurity area),
• Increased operational efficiency and transparency. 

Expected results:

• Digitalization/automation of processes at Laboratorium Galenowe Olsztyn through ERP,
• The company receives support in digital technologies, including support for cybersecurity.

Value and funding:

• Total project value: PLN 1,798,509.06
• European Funds contribution: PLN 815,908.98
  (Eligible expenditure: PLN 1,462,202.49)

Implementation: 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 (in accordance with task schedule).
