• support for several packaging formats, including 3-side-seal and 4-side-seal sachets, as well as flat sachets. 3-side-seal sachets are one of the most commonly used solutions – they are simple to produce and convenient to use. 4-side-seal sachets have a seal on every edge, making them more symmetrical and often perceived as more aesthetic or premium. A flat sachet, in turn, is a flat, single-use package that works perfectly for product samples, powdered supplements, or single-use portions of cosmetics;
• universal application – the ability to pack both powders (in quantities ranging from a few to several dozen g) and liquids or semi-liquid preparations (with a volume of up to 100 ml). In practice, this means greater production capabilities within a single technological infrastructure. It is therefore possible to pack powdered dietary supplements, cosmetics in the form of creams or gels, food products, as well as other liquid or semi-liquid preparations;
• additional options that increase packaging functionality. These include, among others: a notch – a small cut that makes the sachet easier to open, a eurohole – a hole that allows the product to be hung on a store display, and an outfeed conveyor, which automatically transfers finished sachets to the next stage of packaging or quality control.

The Effytec HB-14 packaging machine can operate in Simplex mode (packing one sachet in one production cycle) or Duplex mode (packing two sachets simultaneously). In Simplex mode, it is possible to precisely pack larger portions of up to 300 cc, while in Duplex mode – up to 100 cc. Duplex mode requires slightly higher power (7.5 kW compared to 7 kW in Simplex) due to the more complex dosing process, but it makes it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of the production line.
